Personally I use XAMPP and I am quite happy with it.
Legacy Edition 1.3.2
The legacy edition is for PHP 5.2. The Legacy version lacks certain features like Unit_of_Work. RedBeanL.tar.gz

To fetch Redbean from the command line:
git clone git://github.com/gabordemooij/redbean.git
This will checkout the latest version of RedBean to your local machine and store it in a folder named 'redbean'.
